A Sure Path

“There is a way that SEEMETH right unto a man, but the END thereof are the ways of death.”  Proverbs 16:25

The world cries out – “Follow your heart…if it FEELS right, do it!” but the above verse gives clear warning about the dangers of following our human reasoning. God’s Word may often contradict what our heart is telling us to do, but we can be assured that it will NEVER lead us astray.

“Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean NOT unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge HIM, and he shall direct thy paths.”  Proverbs 3:5,6
