“And king Solomon passed all the kings of the earth in riches and wisdom. And all the kings of the earth sought the presence of Solomon, to hear his wisdom, that God had put in his heart.” II Chronicles 9:22,23
Reading of Solomon’s great wisdom is a reminder that, just as he specifically asked for wisdom from God, each of us may do the same. Truthfully, we have as much wisdom as we desire.
“If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.” James 1:5
