Moody<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The above quote seemed to be fitting for this post &#8211; it seems the one person I have more trouble with is &#8220;yours truly&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Recently, I wrote a short post titled &#8220;We&#8217;re Mighty Proud Of Our Girls&#8221;. The post was informing all our readers of our egg-laying ducks.\u00a0This morning, I would like to give an update on how many eggs we have received since that post. Are you ready? Brace yourselves&#8230;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>ZERO<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s right, folks &#8211; ZERO eggs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The other day, I had to confess to the girls that the Lord had convicted me about that post. And, since this is a public blog,\u00a0I feel I should apologize on here as well. Failing to give God the glory for something as small as a duck egg may seem minor&#8230;but not to God. I sure don&#8217;t want to be the one\u00a0responsible for God withholding future blessings from my family.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><em>&#8220;Your iniquities have turned away these things, and your sins have withholden good things from you.&#8221; Jeremiah 5:25\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><strong>&#8220;Every one that is proud in heart is an abomination to the LORD: though hand join in hand, he shall not be unpunished.&#8221; Proverbs 16:5<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I have had more trouble with myself than with any other man. &#8211; D.L.
